Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you have the right to return it under the following terms.

Your Legal Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us by emailing support@cirova.co.uk with your order number. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the product. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Refunds

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We will refund the full product price including the cost of standard delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Damaged Products

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days and within 6 months, we will offer a repair or replacement. If we cannot repair or replace, you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact us at support@cirova.co.uk with photos of the fault and your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been used, unless they are faulty.

How to Return

1. Email us at support@cirova.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with return instructions.
3. Package the item securely in its original packaging.
4. Ship the item to the address provided.
