Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery: 6–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or extreme weather.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders. No shipping fees will ever be applied at checkout.

Failed or Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave instructions for collection or rescheduling. If your order is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
